Returns & Exchanges

In case you want to make a return, the procedure to follow is as follows:

• Write to the email address hello@penelopeskin.it entering "Return" as the subject and indicating in the text the order number and the products you intend to return.
  The return can be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Ship the package with the products to be returned within 14 days from the day the email with the return notice was sent.
  Products must be shipped to the following address:

  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Once we receive the returned goods, after checking the condition of the products, we will make the refund. Products must be returned in original condition, without having been opened or used.
